Hi !!! I’m Payton Schirmer - a Kearney native and licensed esthetician for 3 years now! I graduated high school in 2022 and began my Esthetics career in May of 2023, after graduating from Xenon Academy. I continued my education upon graduating and am now advanced certified in dermaplaning, lash lifts, brow laminations and waxing! I love that Esthetics offers a wide variety of services- it always keeps me on my toes. I really do enjoy getting to do multiple things in one day and I always plan to keep my service list full! I love meeting new people and getting to be a small part of my clients’ lives. Royal Esthetics means so much to me and it’s a place that I pray you can find some time to rest from the busyness of life. ❤️ I hope to see you soon! - Payton
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens and I completely understand! However, in order to keep things running smoothly for both myself and clients, I have set policies in place: • Cancellations/Reschedules: I understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask that you give at least a 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling or cancelling last minute within 24 hours of your appointment start time will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service(s). • 15-Minute Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will need to be shortened if possible or your appointment will need to be rescheduled + pay a 25% fee of the scheduled service(s). • No-Call/No-Show: Any missed appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. As of 2026, these policies will be enforced and I cannot make exceptions on an individual basis. Policies are never personal—they ensure my business-of-one can stay afloat. With that being said, I do understand family emergencies, illness or weather and fees may be waived in such cases. I truly appreciate your understanding and support!
